The Lagos Innovates Talent Development Programme is an initiative of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), equipping Lagos residents with globally competitive digital skills across seven high-demand technology tracks. The programme combines structured training with employment linkage support to connect tech talents to real opportunities.
